Twin Restoration

The pointing work for the brick was high quality. We were pleased with that aspect of their work. When they cleaned up, they poured the cement water down the drain, causing a clog. They said that they would send a plumber out, but they did not ever actually do so. My husband called several times and left messages, but we never heard back form them. During the initial project, they also replaced the access doors to the basement. The hardware for the doors was too heavy, or maybe their technique was not the best quality, resulted in the doors sagging. When they installed the storm door to the kitchen, they installed it upside-down. They said that it came that way, but the glass is on the top and the screen is on the bottom.
