I badly needed a mooring cover for a pontoon boat I had just purchased (the existing cover was a plastic tarp, which had ripped). I asked several other boaters and boating equipment stores for references. The one most frequently mentioned, and which was highly recommended was Tumac's. I called and set up an appointment to drop the boat off on a Monday morning, made my fabric and color selection. The location the work was performed was their local office: 50 Terence Dr, Pittsburgh, PA . I received a call soon after that the color that I had selected had been discontinued by the factory, and was given an opportunity to upgrade my fabric to a more expensive type for no additional charge, and get my color selection in that fabric. I liked the fabric I had first selected, though, so I worked with them over the phone (viewing their web site color displays) to choose a different color. I called late Thursday, and was told that the cover had just been finished, and the boat was ready to be picked up. Due to the hour, I ended up picking up the boat on Friday. The cover was beautiful, the color was very nice. As compensation for not having my color, they threw in the support poles at no cost.The people I spoke to and dealt with were all among the nicest I've dealt with -- knowlegeable, friendly and competent. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me, and will use them again.
