Service was provided with excellence and honesty as is always encountered with this company.  The technicians always seek to achieve optimal efficiency of existing equipment without sales pressure for replacement systems as is employed by many competitors.  Each time I have contracted this company, the technicians have educated me to be a better homeowner and shown me methods for anticipating problems.  They are excellent.

They were able to obtain and install the new equipment  in one day (within two days of my order). Their workers were professional and helpful with any questions I had. Peterson had also installed the unit that was replaced. I've used them for furnace and AC service calls and have been pleased. They often find no problems during preventative maintenance viisits which means no extra charges.

I needed to preform some work under my A/C compressor unit. They came on time to remove the unit and did a professional job, and cleaned up after themselves. Then they reinstalled the unit a few weeks later. They gave me an exact quote, where prompt and the unit has worked great since. I am sure glad because this summer has been unusually hot!
