Titan Roofing

I got an estimate in December 2018 and they scheduled the work for March. Originally, they said they would replace my gamble vent since that was the source of the leak. A week before the job, they called and said they fired that estimator and didn’t feel like the new gable vent was necessary. They took $100 off the estimate to seal things up. The next week, they arrived, but didn’t arrive until 7:30 PM! Just enough time to tear things apart but not fix anything. I couldn’t afford another day off, so when they came back to finish the job, I left the check on our porch. They did a horrible job. Amateurish at best. In fact, there was nails and debris everywhere. I cleaned it up myself. Best of all, it still leaks. I tried to get them back to fix it, but they have ignored my messages. Honestly, I don’t want them back on my property. Can’t trust this company.

The Titan Roofing team did an excellent job. They finished the roof in a day, and the siding on our dormer in a couple hours the next day. We discovered, right after they had finished the roof, that the workers had not replaced the rotting boards that they were contracted to replace. We notified Titan and they dealt with it immediately. Their foreman warned us that, because of their tight work schedule, that the board replacement might not happen immediately (it was not an issue that would cause further leaking or damage - we just wanted the boards replaced since they were damaged), but less than 24 hours later, they were back and fixed it! We were really pleased, and Mr Finley really worked with us on our price point, and what we could afford vs what was needed. I would strongly recommend them!

Jason and crew did a great job with all of the work and truly exceeded my expectations. They made sure that job was not only complete, but also done right. Jacki's communication was amazing and all responses were answered quickly.
