Outstanding. Matt and his father Joe were easy to work with and were very flexible in working with me to tweak design and color changes until I was satisfied. The product quality (vinyl Vekadeck) and craftsmanship were outstanding. I was able to mix and match colors without additional charges and I was also able to get a custom pattern to my flooring without upcharge. This business is locally owned and operated and I always like supporting the small businesses in our area. Three Rivers Decks and Porches do not use subcontractors. The owner(s) will always be on site at least once per day to inspect work and chat with you about progress. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

When we signed the contract we were vey clear that the renovation had to be completed prior to Easter since we had company coming.  When the job was started and we reminded  them that it had to be done before Easter they acted shocked.  We experienced a number of major issues during the construction, such as they did not respect our personal home, space and
property.  There were many major problems during the construction that were recitified only after many long discussions with
the owner and the foreman of the job.   One example of the issues we had is that in the installation of the new shower
stall the installers broke a corner off the shower and tried to put it back together with silicone.  We were never told that the shower was broken we found it on close inspection of the work.  In order to rectify the problem the company that made the shower sent someone out to try and fix it.   The condescending attitude of the owner made it very dificult to deal with him. 
Once all of the issues were corrected the bathroom looks nice but the difficulties surrounding  the work will be hard to forget.

They did a great job on the roof in 2013, so we called them again in 2014 to do the down spouts -AL told us the garage roof was in good repair and did not need replaced-but we did need the house roof replaced. We thought that was great, since other roofers wanted to charge us to replace both.  We would not have known the garage did not need replaced. The workers were neat, on time and cleaned up after the work was completed. When the garage roof needs done, we won't hesitate to call them again-call us happy in Dormont

I called and spoke with a man at Three Rivers Builders to inquire about some work that we need done. He explained the only service they would be able to provide would be to replace the roof. We made an appointment for him to come to the house for an estimate. We waited all day and he never showed up. I called later in the day to find out if he was still coming but had to leave a voice message. No one ever replied. I called two days later and, again, had to leave a voice message. I explained that no one had shown up for our appointment and asked that someone please call to give an explanation and to see if we could set up another time. Again, no one returned my call. This business is very unprofessional and unreliable.

The workers were very pleasant and professional. Such a pleasure to work with that I would use them again.

The process went well. All personal were kind and courteous on time and thorough. They came early that morning had the entire roofing material off and repairs made. Any concerns were discussed and solved within the same time frame.
Both the company owner and job foreman were attentive to all situations and available. The old material was stripped off, any damaged was repaired, new material went on, and finished the very next day. The yard was cleaned well and great concern to make sure all debris was picked up.
The roof looks fantastic and they did a wonderful job. Will have them back for more.

They were expensive but they offered financing. The wall does look very nice.

The salesman and owner explained the options and procedures very well, and were very helpful in obtaining financing. They also stopped by during the project to make sure I was happy with the work. The roofing crew was polite and professional, and cleaned the work area well during and at the end of the project. They were also very good at explaining what they were doing as they went along. Overall, I'm very pleased at the quality of the work.

It went really well. They were helpful and installed them all in one day. The owner came back through afterwards and made sure i was happy with the job, which I appreciated.
