By far the worst mattress I have ever owned. We took the time to go to the showroom twice to lie on the mattresses to make sure of the comfort level. In order to receive the mattress sooner we agreed to pick it up rather than wait a week for delivery. When we arrived at the store we were told the mattress was damaged. It was in inventory at the store so why no one there noticed it was damaged is beyond me. THey agreed to deliver the matress for free but we had to wait another week. The mattress that was delivered was not at all like the sample at the store. It is raised in the middle so you feel like you are going to roll off the edge. It is VERY uncomfortable. I had to purchase a faom mattress topper in order to make the mattress comfortable enough to sleep on.

I was looking for a mattress that I could flip over, which from my research I found, they don't make anymore. This was one of the very few companies I found that actually do make a mattress that I can flip over, not just turn. They were knowledgeable, and there was no bargaining, that was their price, and they stood by it. I was impressed by that, because every other store I had gone to, I could make a deal. I never knew if I was getting the right deal or not. But not with these people, they even have their prices put up on their website. Their selection of mattresses was probably average, I knew what I was looking for, so I didn't have to shop around, and they didn't try to push me into anything either, which I liked, nobody works on commission there. I liked their professionalism, and I was very well treated.

I stopped in The Original Mattress Factory on a Thursday to check out the quality and pricing of their mattresses. I then looked at a few other locations, including IKEA and Mattress Discounters for a similar size and quality mattress. I returned the next day to purchase a mid-grade quality mattress and box springs from The Original Mattress Factory. The mattress was for my 3-year old son, and both my son and I are very happy with the purchase. For the price and the fact that the mattress is locally made, you can't beat it. Also, the salesman was very friendly and helpful during the mattress selection process, to make the whole experience quick, easy and stress free.

Arrived on the early end of the scheduled time of arrival - professional and courtious.

They told me I had a year to try it out, and they would come back if I had any issues. I sleep to the far right of the bed and dangle my arm over the side, but when I do that with this mattress, it feels as though the side is collapsing and I’m about to fall off. I did have an issue and they sent Joe Angel out, who measured the mattress and said it was in specs. I explained my problem, and even tried sleeping on the left side instead. I had stiffeners put in on the sides when they brought the mattress, but those stiffeners do not seem to work. Joe Angel, was very nice and offered to correct any issues, but they have been unable to resolve my particular issue.
