We used The Handy Dan Ragaller about five months ago. He was on time, he did the work. He did a good job and we were satisfied. I think it was $400 for the ceiling and chimney. It was two chimneys actually. I questioned his price at first but I'll stick with an A for him. He seemed to do the job, we had some leakage in the ceiling and that stopped. He did a good job.

We are disappointed that he has not followed up to do some work for us in venting the exhaust fan from the bathroom.

Dan was very easy to work with. Took his time and did a professional job. He appears knowledgeable in a variety of areas and I plan to use his services again for future home repairs.
