Blind Cleaning
$128
I dropped the blinds off on Tuesday 8/2/16 and picked them up Friday 8/5/16. The owner was about to go on vacation the following week so I did appreciate him doing the job, however, upon putting up the first blind it still had the same mark/dirt on it along with two other crusty marks that were not there to begin with but were able to be picked off with my finger. All of the blinds smelled fresh but were still very dingy/dirty looking. I could tell they were cleaned somewhat because the tracks were clean but I was very disappointed with the service. The blinds did not look any cleaner to me. Considering the owner was on vacation I waited until 8/17/16 to contact him to let him know I was very disappointed with the service. I even sent 3 pictures with my complaint. Today is 8/22/16 and I have yet to hear back from him. I would expect as a business owner if you were unable to perform the service you advertise you would have contacted the customer and said "there was a stain I could not remove" or "they didn't come as clean as I would have liked" or something. There is no way he could have looked at the final product because there were marks on the blinds that weren't there to start. And then not to respond back to my complaint. Bad service. Bad business. And I drove from Bethel Park to the North Hills twice, plus paid $128.50 for dissatisfactory service. I am not sure how Hallmark Cleaners is involved but if they were not the ones performing the service (which I was under the assumption that John, owner of The Blind Doctors, was picking up the blinds to take them somewhere else) I would not be associated with his name/business.

John removed the shades on Thursday and reinstalled them the next day.  How could the service be any better?  There were water stains on one of them and certainly, the others needed to be cleaned.  The shades look as if they are new.  I've used The Blind Doctors previously and considered using only John again.  I couldn't be more pleased.  John was excellent and addressed every concern.  I highly recommend John and The Blind Doctors.

He was excellent. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. We would use them again.
