They are a large company but they treat me like I am a small company. They are very responsive and courteous. They explain things clearly to me so that I know what they are doing and why they are doing it. This helps me understand the problem. They had sent out discount coupons so I had $25 off the price. They are punctual. They call me when they are on their way here and come within the time they say they will come. They are very responsive. When I called them on Monday, they were prepared to come but it was not convenient for me. They seem to be able to handle a job even if it is after office hours.

They are very responsive and professional.

It is expensive, but they are quite effective. They show up when they are scheduled to show up. The quality of their work is quite high. They clean up the area very well afterwards.

I wasn't very involved but our experience was nothing but positive. It was just one guy and he was very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend their company.

It was fine. This is the third time that I have used them. Their diagnosis was correct and they did it in a prompt manner. They came out the next day after I called them, which was a Saturday.

Chris is the person at the company who is in charge of the tank-less water heaters. He answered my call promptly and came and gave me estimates for both a "normal" water heater and a tank-less one. He explained clearly what work needed to be done, how long it would take and what I should expect when work is completed. After choosing their company to install the tank-less water heater, I had a concern about the original place in the basement where the water heater was to be installed and the vent made. Chris came again and re-evaluated the situation, came up with an alternative place which was great from my point of view and then completed the work as promised within a few hours. I would chose this company again, in particular Chris, because of the quality of his work.

Called 15 minutes before arrival; arrived on time; was polite, thorough & helpful. He's been here before & remembered being here. Completed job & showed me how to do it correctly myself. Price is the base for a service call.

BOTTOM LINE:I WAS OVERCHARGED. AN EMPLOYEE CAME TO LOOK AT THE SHOWER AND DIDN'T HAVE THE PART WITH THEM TO FINISH THE JOB. SERVICE CALL WAS $59. THE OFFICE STAFF NEVER CALLED BACK TO TELL ME THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER (I CALLED THEM 10 DAYS LATER AFTER NO RESPONSE). THE SAME EMPLOYEE CAME BACK TO INSTALL AND REPLACE VALVE. THE BILL WAS $149 (THEY WOULD NOT BREAK DOWN PARTS AND LABOR - I WAS TOLD IT WAS A FLAT RATE). THERE WAS NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE. THE EMPLOYEE DID CALL BEFORE COMING AND ARRIVED AT THE STATED TIME. THE WORK WAS ONLY GUARANTEED FOR 90 DAYS. THE OWNER DID CALL AND FOLLOWED UP TO SEE IF THE JOB WAS DONE SATISFACTORY; HOWEVER, THE OWNER CALLED BEFORE THE JOB WAS EVEN COMPLETE.

Came the same day I called. Professional and friendly. Completed work in an hour. Disposed of old heater.

They installed a flexible line and should have installed a hard line. I guess I wanted it to be more by the book however when they followed up with me, I didn't mention it. I haven't had any problems with the work so I would use them again.

I have used them in the past and they have always been prompt and professional. What I really like about them is that they seem to be very straightforward and they don't add charges that are not necessary.

He came right away and his work all seemed to be good. I don t have a basis to compare his price to. He was helpful when I asked him a couple of questions about things and I would highly recommend him.

This company was amazing to deal with. They were professional and courteous and addressed all our questions to our satisfaction. They also let us know that we did not need our furnace replaced as was recommended by another company. I really felt they kept our best interest in mind while not jeopardizing the safety of my family.

Excellent and very great. Fast and efficient. When I had a question they were quick to answer.

Because we had to turn off the water to the house, we called Terry's Plumbing for their 24 hour emergency service. We called on a Friday evening and were told that nobody could come out that night. Instead, they said they would call at 8 am the following morning to schedule a time to come out. When nobody had called us by 10:30 the following morning, we called back. They had indicated that they intended to come at some point during the day, but were vague. In the end, however, and despite the poor communication initially, they did show up and they did solve our immediate problem. The plumber was courteous and explained everything he was doing. He even took a look at another issue we were having in our first floor powder room.

They were several hours late and they kept telling us they were on their way. I felt like I was being over-charged.

Wrap-up. I had a look at the work and was nicely impressed with the end result. And true to form what they quoted was what was on the invoice. All Terry s Plumbers employees were very professional and always willing to answer or help with any questions I had. Never felt like they were hiding anything. Their work was top rate and more importantly done in a very timely manner (trying to keep two young boys clean without hot water is a challenge) Apart from the late start I still give them an A overall.

He was very honest and professional. I would use him again. He was reasonable. Terry did the work.

When I made the appt I specifically asked for, and was told that I could have a 3:00 appt. The scheduler was not happy, but agreed to give me that time. Then a day before the appt (which was made 2 weeks in advance). They called and said that 3:00 was to late, and changed the time to 2:00. I left work at 1:00 so that I would be home by 2:00, and then at 2:00 they called to say that they where on the way. But then did not get to my house until 2:45.

He was very professional; his work was neat. I am not sure if the price was reasonable for the work. I didn't do comparison shopping, but I am satisfied and will use them again .

THEY DID AN AVERAGE JOB. THE WORK WAS FINE, BUT AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE LINE THEY EXPECTED ME TO SET UP THE INSPECTION. I SPENT A DAY WITHOUT GAS AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE THE PROBLEM.

I THINK THAT THEIR PRICES MAY BE A LITTLE BIT HIGHER THAN EVERYONE ELSE. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING IN THEIR FRIENDLINESS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. IF THEY GAVE SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT FOR THE VOLUME OF WORK I WOULD LIKE THEM EVEN BETTER.

Very good experience. Fast and flexible on scheduling. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they easily accomodated my changes. They called me once to say that they were running late because they were backed up with a cold spell. I appreciated the call.

THE PLUMBER REPAIRED THE GAS LINE. I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED THAT HE HAD NO ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT TO DETECT LEAKS (INSTEAD HE SPRAYED ON A SOAP SOLUTION AND LOOKED FOR BUBBLES.) DURING THE REPAIR, HE DISCONNECTED THE VENT IN THE BACK OF THE DRYER. WHEN I CALLED AND REQUESTED THAT HE COME BACK TO FIX IT AT NO COST, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS UNCERTAIN ABOUT THEIR POLICY. AFTER CHECKING WITH MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, THEY DID SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

NICE STAFF AND PLUMBER SENT WAS OKAY. BUT, I QUESTIONED HIS CERTAINTY THAT THE JOB WAS COMPLETE.
