I had been a Terminex customer for 10 years. My tech at that time convinced me that I should have the exclusion service done, which I did two years ago. Since that time I have had three incidents of mice invasion. When I called to have emergency service, I find I have to wait six days. I requested a supervisor callback. I never received one. When tech finally came, it was a young man who had been with the company a couple of months, who had no idea what to do. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor and again never received a callback. Please save your money, the exclusion service is a money making scam

Very dishonest. the worker is honest who does the actual labor, the company is disorganized and the inspector corrupt.
