They clogged my basement drain then refused to repair it. Now my basement floods every time it rains,plus they will not honor their so called warranty!

Worst company I have ever done business in my life. We hired Dmitri and Techno Prime to take care of our mold problem in our finished basement. The crew showed up and did not wear any protective equipment, they painted over mold spots with Sherwin Williams beige paint which they called encapsulation paint, they supposedly remediated our home in all of 2 hours. According to Dmitri post-mold test which was conducted immediately following a fogging treatment we did not have mold any longer. We decided to conduct our own mold test with an independent environmentalist 6 weeks following treatment and our levels were right back to where they were prior to TechnoPrime treatment proving their treatment is just a temporary band-aid. Attempted to contact Dmitri through email, calls to rectify as we were given a no Mold warranty for 5 years but of course, he did not respond. He knows his treatments are just a temporary fix and do not really get to the root of the problem. Please do not do business with this company. They are unethical and irresponsible calling themselves mold remediators when their treatments are ineffective. We have health problems from the mold in our home and they took our money and run. $2500 to be exact. We have since hired a qualified company and they discovered mold behind our drywall and throughout the basement. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire TEchnoPrime.

Dmitri came and assessed the mold situation, explained to me in detail what needed to be done, and that evening sent me a proposal via email, thereby letting me know exactly what would be done and the cost of same. Next day, two of his men came to remove mold, sanitize the air, etc. Just like Dmitri, these gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Further explained everything to me step by step. Dmitri and his team were ultimate professionals. You could not go wrong in hiring them to take care of your emergency. Hats off!
