Do not do business with this company, they do not stand behind their word, their installers, the office staff is rude and condescending, and the owner speaks to customers like a gangster, literally. "His response was you signed a contract." (Watch the movie Used Cars from 1980 that is the type of service you will get from Superior Window) To share some light on this experience. I ordered 8 windows total. Out of those 8 windows, two were bathroom windows, and were supposed to be obscure due to their location. For example the window in the master bath faces my neighbor's deck, they have a perfect view of the soaking tub and shower. On March 20th, 8:33am I had a conversation with the installer, I noticed all of the windows on the truck were clear, and indicated to him I did not want the bathroom windows installed, they were incorrect and should have been obscure. The installer told me that he would get with the office after he was done for the day, and that he would install the other windows in the meantime. The second day I spoke to the installer about the windows he said they were going to order the correct windows, he was going to install the ones that were there and then someone in service would come and swap out the clear windows for the obscure once they were made. All of which I explained to the owner Lou. He told me that the installer doesn't even work for him, he is not part of the company and that I signed a contract. He then began to tell me that he was recording the conversation when I referred to him as a scumbag, and that he was going to sue me for "slander". If I might add in the state of Pennsylvania unless both parties consent recording is illegal, so be VERY aware of that.

Beware - thoroughly review the contract that Superior writes because we wanted our vents replaced with the siding but they only wrote 2 vents on the contract when we have 3 vents and they didn't replace the 3rd one and now we have mismatched colors and it looks awful. All that money for windows and siding and they wouldn't replace a $30 item to complete the job.

They did an excellent job. My next door neighbor had used them and recommended them to me. They manufacture their own products and install them. It was a couple of days before Covid shut everything down so they hurried to get everything done for me. Their customer service was outstanding as they replaced a screen for me without even charging me. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Original service was replacement of 4 windows. We felt the windows were of good quality and enhanced the appearance of our home. Upon completion of the work, the installer did not adequately clean up after himself. While cleaning the windows inside my home after the installation, I stepped on glass, cutting my foot (didn't have shoes on...I was inside my home and should not have stepped on glass). Because we wanted our second floor windows to match, we gave Superior a second try (another 4 windows) after they said we would have no issues and everything would be taken care of. We had plans to continue with Superior for future windows. After the second installation, I personally had to climb up on an extension ladder to remove the stickers and clean the windows myself as Larry indicated to my wife that" he doesn't clean windows that's not my job!" We complained to the company at that time. . We did report this to the owner as we also did not receive our warranty paperwork. When the man who claimed (you never know names, as they wont tell you) to be the owner showed up at my home to deliver the paperwork he didn't even knock on the door, but rather threw it in the front door. When I came out to talk with him he was rude and unapologetic. My wife and I did not write a review at that time as we were satisfied with moving forward and putting it behind us. Recently our daughter had Superior go to her home for an estimate. We had communicated to her our experience, but the price was reasonable and we did not have issues with the windows, just the service and lack of professionalism. She decided to purchase windows from this company. While they were completing the paper work, my wife spoke with our daughter and asked to speak with Mark (the salesperson), the same salesperson who sold us our windows`(he told her he knew us, because he came by and had to clean up after the first installation). We had intended to purchase an additional window (we had one window in the front we had not replaced that does not perfectly match the other windows). She asked about the referral bonus we were told we get. Mark said yes we give $25 for one, and he would put a note in to get me a check.. We thought we might give them another chance to make up for their lack of customer service and professionalism the first two times and Mark indicated that we would receive a referral bonus and he would call on Monday 1/6 to setup an appointment to discuss our needs (I and my daughter personally heard this). Our daughter said he wrote it on her paperwork. Monday came and went and still no call. Third time is a charm. My wife called today (Tuesday 1/7) to speak with someone regarding their failure to contact her as agreed to. The receptionist ,Vicki was rude to my wife. My wife asked to speak with the salesperson Mark, and Vicki indicated that Mark was not there to talk to. My wife asked Vicki why Mark did not make an appointment and was trying to discuss our lack of professional treatment when Vicki stated that our complaint was "the only complaint they have ever had" and hung up on her!! My wife called back, Why would they be so rude and not allow my wife to talk with the individual who was supposed to call us? Well....Mark answered the phone when my wife called back about 30 seconds later. Hmmm.....again, why lie? She talked with Mark, and Mark denied ever indicating that he would call us, he said he would "call when he calls, when he wants to at the end of the week". He also said he didn't care if we didn't use them or if our daughter were to cancel her contract..He said she was past the 3 day ability to cancel and if she canceled, she would forfeit her deposit.. His tone was condescending, with a lack of interest in our business (probably because we had complained to the company when we had our original issues with professionalism and poor customer service). We told our daughter about all of this , and she promptly called Mark. He said that they were nothing but nice, and he heard my wife talk to Vicki, and she was very nice to her! Vicki told my wife Mark wasn"t available, so how did he hear this conversation?!!!! He also stated that my wife demanded the referral gift card now. She did not. He said it was a check, frankly I doubt they will keep their word . We just thought the public should know that this company demonstrates a lack of customer service and professionalism and regret considering them to complete the work at our home. We just hope and pray they treat our daughter better than they did us.

This is an A+++ company. A fantastic contractor! Easy to work with. Quality is outstanding and the crew was very respectful of my home. Louis is always very accommodating with my schedule. He also did exterior trim around some windows - gorgeous - changed the look of the home. He will go above and beyond. I had an older window that he worked really hard to try and repair before replacing. I absolutely would recommend Louis without hesitation and to anyone.

Excellent! They came when they said they would come. They called me beforehand. The men, when I was first doing it, sat down with me and was very personable and helpful, and I liked them. I just liked them.

This was the second time we used Superior Windows. We purchased windows last year & liked the sales person, Mark.  We were happy with the windows but due to affordability, waited until this year to complete the job. No high pressure sales, Mark was understanding. Purchased second half of windows this year & had them installed by a courteous, friendly & professional installer Bob. All appointments were timely & considerate. Office staff friendly & helpful. Would recommend them & will use them in the future if needed.

Needed to replace 10 fairly large (3'x4' to 4'x 6') 40 year old Thermal Industries windows.  Asked for a Thermal Industries quote via their web site. They responded weeks later with the name of a local supplier to contact. To late.  Got a quote from Renewal by Anderson. Nice windows and salesman. Discounted to about $14,000. Too high for my needs. I won't live that long. Had ThermoTwin in. Tough salesman. Wanted immediate commitment. Worked his way down from About $14.000 to around $8,000. I refused to sign "today". 10 minutes after he left their sales manager called and offered to do the job for $7500. I was interested and told her to call me in a week. Never heard from them again. Fortunately I had a salesman from Superior Window scheduled. He was nice to talk to and no hard sell. Bid ~$5700, looked like the same components as ThermoTwin. I didn't even argue. Called and accepted the bid several days later.

They were easy to work with and schedule. One workman arrived on schedule and completed the job in 2 days. Everything went fine. and the installer was very nice. Knocked three of the old windows out in one piece for use in a planned playhouse. 

The windows look great. I liked the thinner frames in my old windows better but I think all the new windows have less glass.

My only complaint was the cleanup. We had to vacuum a lot and the installer did little exterior cleanup although there wasn't too much exterior debris. Overall we are happy with the job. 

Friendly, courteous, and efficient. He even let our 2 year old "help" by holding a tool. A++ service!

Mark was very sociable, prompt, understood my problems, and he listened to us.

This is a great company. We have used them twice now. Both times we replaced 2-3 of our old windows with the new LowE Argon gas filled energy efficient ones. They came to measure the windows and give an estimate at a time that was convenient for us. The windows arrived less than 2 weeks later and were installed within a few days. The workers who installed the windows were professional and very clean. They removed the old damaged windows, inspected the windowsills and surrounding wood, and removed old damaged wood and chipped paint. They then installed the new windows and aluminum wrappings. Everything looks beautiful. No complaints.

From the initial call to Superior Windows, the organization was very easy to work with.  They understood our needs and the installation was quick and shortly after the deposit was paid.  The installer was professional and did excellent work! We are very pleased with our new windows!

-Friendly salesman -Installation delayed by one day because the installers went to the wrong address - forgot to verify different addresses on the check v. invoice -Installation completed in one day instead of estimated 2 days -Pretty good job of cleanup although it would have been nice for them to remove debris left outside

They were fine. Their prices were good and everything was done on time. I was happy that I could get the windows made by them. It took about a month for them to make them. It was installed a couple of weeks later. They did a timely job and the quality was good. I spent $2000 on the windows. I will use them again in the future.
