The foreman came to give us an estimate. We paid the deposit. Later, he kept pushing back the date for service. Finally, he came by himself and painted part of the house and told us his crew were stuck at another job. Next day two students showed up and did the work. However, some area was not covered because the foreman told them differently from what he promised us. Later, we also realized they did not prepare the surface before painting and calk the trim as the foreman promised. It only took two persons 1and half days plus the foreman a couples of hours to finish the job. Guess what!! Three years later, we need to replace the exterior because some wood and stucco boards were rotten. I will not recommend unless you watch/monitor what they are doing. They are not professional. The foreman is the one took the BIG profit and made bunch of lies and promises.
