Door Service
I ordered the custom mirrored bypass doors on June 12th with the understanding that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery to my house. 1 week after placing the order, Mike from Straits doors came back to me clarifying the dimensions after a few questions came up from the company they outsource this work to. I answered those and everything seemed to be fine. I kept in touch over the coming weeks and was told that everything was ok and they were just waiting on delivery and as soon as they got them they would deliver. 5 weeks later I have to call and find out what is going on. The news I get is that they are sorry, the company they use can't build them for them and they can't deliver on what they said. Sorry is a poor excuse for finding out 5 weeks later they can't deliver. I don't know what would cause this level of screw up inside the company but that level of incompetence and unprofessional work would make me shy away from this company in the future. You can be the judge though.
