With over 50 years combined experience we always have, and always will, strive to give you the quality service you deserve. As a company that continues to grow after nearly 40 years, we've set a business plan to best serve you, the customer. Very professional and punctual guys folks but these guys will try to make all possible extra money during the job. For every task, they will try to find subtasks and they will call their manager and you will have two choices either leave the task in the middle or pay extra whatever money which they are asking.

"The customer was quoted a price to install 8 recessed lights, 2 rows of 4 with 1 switch. Customer was going to supply all wafer lights and switch. Immediately he asked me for a lower price. I stated to him that my price was firm. I left it up to him at that point and left. Customer called and agreed to the price. The next day the customer called and wanted a new price. He and his wife wanted to have 2 rows of 3 recessed lights installed instead. I quoted the new request. Customer didn't like the price, but after I explained he understood. We scheduled the work. Upon arrival my employees designed the layout on the ceiling. The customer changed his mind and wanted it differently. The electricians reconfigured the design and the customer showed up with a drawing that change everything. He wanted 2 rows of 3 wafer lights an 1 light on each end in the middle. I quoted this change and he didn't like the price. So we went back to the original design. As the men were working the customer decided he wanted a 2nd switch installed so that 4 light were on 1 switch and the other 4 light were on a 2nd switch I quoted him a price and he agreed to the extra charge. Because of the framing the switch location was difficult. We installed the switches. The customer then ask if we could do something different with the switches. The switches, by this time were wired in and switches were installed. The change requested would require us to take everything apart and start all over. I gave the customer a price to redo everything and he didn't agree to pay for the changes he wanted. The light were installed, 2 rows of 4 wafer lights with 2 switches, which is what the customer originally wanted. The only additional charge was for the wiring for the second switch. The lights look good and were installed professionally."

First, I had called to get an estimate for the job. Terry worked me into his schedule quickly and was out when promised, to look at the job and give a quote. Because of the height of the fixture being replaced, he had to allow for the necessary ladders and crew to do the job correctly and safely, and it was explained to me that this was the main factor of the cost for the job. I called back within a few days to schedule the work, and once again, Terry fitted me into his schedule within a very good time frame. When the day arrived, he was running slightly behind, but did call me to let me know and then arrived soon after. The team arrived with all of the necessary tools and ladders, and made efficient work of the job. I stayed in adjacent rooms, to keep out of the way, and they called me in when needed to answer questions and ask if I liked placement, etc. I had not asked for a dimmer switch during the initial meeting, but asked if it was possible on the day of the job. Terry said it was no problem and had the switch in his truck, so it was installed right away. The guys were really friendly and even cleaned up before they left. I will definitely call Terry for any future electrical work, both inside and out.

Terry does the estimates and supervises the job. We had 3 workers, one of whom was his son. This is a friendly group of people, work very hard and produce a fine finished job.

Like usual Terry and his crew came out and did an excellent job. It was not easy running a line from the electrical box through an finished basement but they found the least intrusive way that worked and looked the best. Terry always does a very professional job and an extremely fair price without cutting corners. I feel that Terry makes sure the work is done in a way that he would do in his own house. Highly recommend him. He is doing another (3rd one) job for me later in the summer.

It was a very simple job but I found them to be very professional and they found the problem very quickly. They were here within a couple of hours of my call and returned my first call within minutes. They only charged me for the house call with no added charged and gave me the Angies list discount! It was a good call and I plan on using them again in the near furture to do some upgrading.
