Description of Work: They cleaned carpets in living room, hall and traffic area of one bedroom. They also cleaned the sofa and love seat in the living room. Everything looked great. However my husband was quoted one price and when they arrived the price was $30.00 higher. I was not at home at the time so I'm not sure why there was a difference in the price.

 + -1 moreI have been using them once a year. They offered personable service. They were professional and immaculate. Their price was competitive. They were someone that I went to high school with but it was their business. I have known them personally and hence, they must have passed me a deal. My mother and sister have been using them as well. I have referred them to my neighbors. I have been dealing with them for many years. They were very reliable and very efficient. They would come at one schedule and I did not have to get hold of them.
Description of Work: I have used the services of Spot Lifters in October or November 2010 for carpet cleaning.

 + -1 moreSpot lifter arrived very promptly. They were very nice gentlemen. They cleaned my carpets. This is the second time I had them come. The first time was good. This time was great. I thought I needed new carpets. They made my carpet look like new. I can't get over how wonderful they came out. They worked very h****** my two familly room chairs too. They also made them look brand new. I will definately have them again. Great job. Good experience.He also gave good advice on keeping them clean. Very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Carpets cleaned in family room (large room), dining room, stairs, hallway, throw rugs, bedroom, (large with walk-in closet) and two chairs. Teflon on everything.

 + -1 moreYES I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY MY CARPETS LOOKED WHEN THEY HAD FINISHED. THEY LOOKED MUCH BRIGHTER AND CLEANER. THE GENTLEMEN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE WAS ALSO ON TIME.
Description of Work: THE GENTLEMEN MOVED FURNITURE AND TREATED STAINS ON THE CARPET AND CLEANED THE CARPET.
