Forthe major high priced work-over 2200.00 dollars, quitewell however small itemswere not attended to an have still not been completed. I will request upfront money I paid for the second time be returned and do not want the work done by this firm.

Some of my lights and outlets were not working. While checking my breaker box, I saw there was water in all of my breakers. After calling many "24 Hour Electricians" at 1:00 am, NO ONE answered their phone or returned my call - until I called South Hills Electric. Justin called me, and I explained my problem and he was at my house within an hour. He advised that I needed a new 150 Amp Electric Service which included: weatherhead, SE cable, meter base, panel board on plywood, circuit breakers, and all NEC grounding. By 9:00 am, James G. and Chris D. arrived at my house to do the job - a great job they did! Justin, James, and Chris were very friendly and professional. If needed, I would call South Hills Electric again and I will refer them to my friends and family.

The work went extremely well, though I was a little worried because the chandelier that was to be installed is a refurbished/rebuilt antique chandelier that we bought in New Orleans and had shipped to us. (No inexpensive purchase here!) I needn’t have worried. The representative from South Hills Electric was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable courteous and prompt. The installation was a little tricky. We had a problem with the fixture hanging crookedly when we thought it was finished. He did not leave until he (and we) were satisfied that it was straight. There was no mess, he took the old light away and now I am thrilled when I walk into my dining room.

Roger was my technician. He did the work in a timely fashion. He is a very nice man and I would have no issue hiring this company for future work.

The technician called when he was in the way, arrived when scheduled, wore shoe covers and was professional. Showed me a couple of items to pay attention to and sent a report on the inspection. Was happy with the inspection completed.

Bought this on a coupon from Angie's List and couldn't be happier with the service. The guys came in a did a quick installation and were very courteous. I was happy enough with this experience that I'd call South Hills Electric for other issues if I ran into them.

The person who came to do the service did a very good job. It took the two full hours to determine what was going on and repair it. I needed a new plug. The only confusion on my part was understanding how the new plug was charged since it was a labor only deal. That was because I purchased the service over the holiday on the very last day it was being offered, and could not get my question answered until after the purchase of the service. It all worked out though and I am happy with the situation.

Installer was very nice, did his job, cleaned up, and left. Very satisfied with job.

It's a long winter. I wanted to assure our home would withstand the demands of weeks in the mid digits and selected South HIlls Electric as our "go to" maintenance company. Within an hour, the technician walked through the check points and gave us the thumbs up.

Actually found I had a crack in my heat exchanger so I purchased a new high efficiency furnace from them and they installed it within a week.

The company was responsive in making the appointment. The technician was courteous. Installation was completed without any difficulty. The company followed up with a phone call to determine if the service was completed to my satisfaction. I would use this service provider again.

the electrician arrived on time and performed the work. He had to go into the attic and move the box for the light. He was efficient and completed the job with no problems.

GREAT! The tech was actually early for the appointment, called in advance to see if I was available and was professional, efficient and courteous.

Prompt, professional service. Roger arrived early and ready to work. He explained work clearly and installed several GFCI's quickly and trouble shot an electrical problem quickly. An invoice was received via email and he was able to quote another job before he left. I highly recommend both Roger and South Hills Electric. $119.00 for 2 hours of work is a fair price for a licensed electrician in the city.

The electrician was professional & efficient.

The tune up seemed great, although we recently had a furnace issue (three months after the tune up) and a few things needed adjusted that I would have assumed were taken care of during the tune up. However, not knowing much about gas furnaces myself, I can't say for certain what may or may not have been addressed before.

Everything went fine. No problems. Tidy job.
