I had a great experience with Sipes, and they did some brick pointing/mortar repair for me. They were very responsive to my request for an estimate, as well as for getting the work done. It was only about 1 week from estimate to work completion, which was really fast. I also liked how they use annotated images to show you exactly the work they'll be doing. The repairs they made were of good quality and it blended in well with the rest of the house. Overall, I highly recommend Sipes.

Chad Sipes responded to my call very quickly, came and did the estimate when he said he would, and brought his crew over to do the work within a few days.

Job was completed within one day. The man who worked on the project were thorough and did extra things they noticed needed to be done. They were friendly and efficient in their work.

So many great things to say but most notably Chad was super friendly, punctual, and the job completed by Justin was done really quickly! I would definitely recommend Sipes & Son to anyone that is in need of general contractors.

All my answers are provisional in that the work went smoothly, although they left a loose Direct TV dish on the flat roof they prepared. They promised to take it down but nobody has yet showed up to do it. As for quality of repair, time will tell.
