Description of Work: The list of things wrong with the work they did is too long to write down here. Some things were done well, others simply weren't. And very little was completed.

Description of Work: I needed an opinion on what could be causing my wall to bow. He was thorough and did not charge me. He suggested that I would need to speak with a structural engineer. I appreciated the referral. I plan to hire them for brick repointing in the future.

Description of Work: They put a rubber roof down on top of an aged and leaking flat porch roof. The rubber was finished with a metallic paint (optional). They also fixed the crowns and spot pointed on two chimneys. They fit me into their schedule quickly, communicated very promptly and clearly, left the work site clean, and, as far as I can tell, did good work. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Provider replaced water damaged wood on a landmark house. During the process, electrical lines had to be removed, lighting fixtures were taken down and major beams replaced and reinforced. All damaged wood surfaces were replaced and painted by the crew.

Description of Work: Provider rebuilt the wall which surrounds the porch/deck off of the dining room. The home is a landmark home and special care needs to be taken regarding materials and overall presentation. Chad Sipes researched the materials needed for the job and ordered what was needed. The workers were very professional and completed the job in two days due to heavy rains. They not only rebuilt the wall but they also replaced all of the trim, painted the panels and trim and cleaned the site better than I've ever been able to accomplish! These guys are the best for professional quality work for either a landmark building or the average home or business.
