We are a third generation contracting family. And have probably worked for one of your neighbors. We give 10% senior citizen discounts as well as military discounts. Worked out pretty good. The owner came out within a couple days of me calling to check out the gutters. He had a couple options but was able to just reline with asphalt backed aluminum. He also covered over the front and back porch with stuff that looked like giant sheets of shingles that were adhered to the roof with asphalt. He also relined a chimney that looked awful and was leaking. Seems like everything is working so far. His team came out a month or so later since they were busy but it only took them two solid days and they were done. I'd use them again.

Joe did exactly the job I asked him to do. He was pleasant on the phone, and was able to come to my home and 're-attach the loose gutter and replace the fasteners while I was at work. It was a small job, but Joe performed the work quickly and professionally. If I ever need roofing work done in the future, Joe will be the first person I call.

His solution seemed to be a stretch, but because of our history with his family's business I thought we'd give it a try. However the fix did not work and unfortunately he did not honor his warranty.

"I never spoke with the author of this review however I assume her husband is named Jack, at this address, Jack called told me he knew my family and asked me if I would look at a leak on his roof, I went to the address I went on the roof I took pictures of everything that I prescribed for repair, wrote specific details on a work order, After performing the repairs personally with a helper, I never heard from these folks stating I had not corrected the problem, Jack called me once and asked about doing more work, To make a long story short, I would (Never) turn away from a customer that I performed work for, if they told me I had not corrected the problem for which I was hired to correct. and most of the time I do not ask them to provide me with their warranty, When i give folks a written watertight guarantee, I stand behind it 100 percent. My method for repair was described in specific details,accepted by Jack and those repairs comported with accepted practices of the trade, I answered questions about this $650.00 repair for no less than one hour. Then myself and another man performed those services in the manner they were written."

They were prompt and polite. They were nice people and very willing to help. They cleaned up after themselves really well and were pleasant to deal with. They tried to do the best work at the lowest price.

.He took pictures before and after; sat down with me and explained what he was going to do and was polite and professional; he came on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. I gave his number to two other people and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I need any roofing or gutter work done (I sure hope I don't). This gutter has been leaking for years and I have had it "repaired" a few times but it always ended up dripping again. All the freezing and thawing over the years caused the bricks over my window and under the gutter to push out. After Joe was done, I had to get the bricks pointed. I am hoping this is the last time I will need that gutter repaired!
