SHADY SIDE AUTO DETAIL

My in-laws Ford Explorer's interior was covered with dog hair and dog smell. The smell was enough to gag you if you weren't expecting it. I took the car in with hopes that it wouldn't have the same outcome as the and quot;Seinfeld Smelly Carand quot;. The shop vacuumed and shampooed the carpets, wiped the interior surfaces, and used an ozone machine. They also washed the outside of the vehicle. I picked the car up not expecting a miracle, I was right, but there was a major dent in the odor. They told me to come back for another ozone treatment in a few days if the smell remained. I went back three days later, they used the ozone machine for hours. When I picked the car up, only a very, very faint dog odor remained. The odor is within, if not below, the normal limits of owning a dog. I am very happy with the outcome of the detailing and de-odoring of the vehicle. I can now ride in the vehicle with the windows up. The owner and employees really strive to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend Shadyside Auto Detail to all.

I'm very particular about how the detail job is done and they did a great job.

They did a pretty good job. We checked the car out and there were a couple spots on the upholstery, but they were nice enough to pull out their equipment and fix it.

I had an emergency situation and they were able to get my car in and get it cleaned right away. They were very professional. They did a good job. I appreciated so much that I took my car to have the interior done more thoroughly.

Went to get car detailed, outside of the car was cleaned well but I felt like they just did a bad vacuuming job inside. Pine needles from the Christmas tree were still stuck on the seats and there was still a ton of dust.

They were very polite, professional and fit us in the next day when I called. They did a great job and their price was reasonable. I will defiantly use them again.
