SELECT COMFORT

Select Comfort says that they cannot replace the controller since they recently discontinued using the controller/compressor product. They stated that I would have to buy a new compressor with controller at a discount price of $150.00,  which completely p***** me off.  I just bought this and because of their own fault of changing compressors, I was to pay for their mistake.  NO-WAY !     Now I am left with a two year old sleep number air bed,  with  NO SLEEP NUMBER  !     
Select Comfort touts to the public in it's adverstising that their beds are warranted for 20 years.
DON'T BELIEVE THEM !       SELECT COMFORT LIES  !!!

I like the bed and the pad. They did a great job. The price was a little on the high end.

MARK, MY SALES REP, WAS EXCELLENT. MY HUSBAND WAS A TOUGH SELL, BUT MARK KEPT ME INFORMED BY MAIL FOR ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS. HE PHONED WHEN THEY HAD AN OFFER OF $250 OFF WITH SIX MONTHS SAME AS CASH. MY HUSBAND FINALLY AGREED. I PAID THE EXTRA $69 TO HAVE THE BED DELIVERED AND SET UP AND TO HAVE MY OLD MATTRESS REMOVED. THAT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I PURCHASED THE FRAME SEPARATELY AT ANOTHER COMPANY FOR $50. WE ORIGINALLY ORDERED A QUEEN AND DECIDED THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY THAT WE WANTED A KING. I CALLED IN THE MORNING AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. DELIVERY BOTH TIMES WAS EASY TO SET UP.
