Our AC unit was not running and I have a sick son who cannot be without AC for long.
Sauer dropped all their other work and came out that same day and repaired the unit quickly.  Also did a complete clean and tuneup.  I cannot thank them enough for the quick service.

I really trust this company. I feel I have a good relationship with them. I don't always get the same serviceman, but they have all been here at one time or another. They are a little pricey and I'm not sure what I paid the last time, but they are worth it. They are sometimes late to show up but they do call when they are on the way.

Job 1: Always do good clean work. Easy to talk to and always ready to get the job done. Job 2: I don't have a service contract with them; I just pay them when they come out to my home. I think that they are timely, prompt, and they come when I need them. They usually give me a window of time that they will be out to my home and always show up within that window.
