Kevin Sarver is the consummate professional. The superb quality of his work and his attention to detail is beyond compare.  For example, when he selected the knotty pine boards for our ceiling, he was meticulous in matching each board up for placement in a beautiful arrangement.
The whole Sarver team (and kudos to Tony!) are top quality craftsmen.  And they made the whole process as painless as possible - from cleaning up so well each evening, to making sure the timing of the renovations worked seamlessly. 

Kevin came in with great ideas and his estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest, seemed very reasonable compared with other bids we had gotten.  He got to work promptly and was professional and cleaned up each day before leaving. He worked with ARS for our heating needs and they were fantastic (we have used them again as well) and also outsourced an electrician and painter who both did a nice job. I have and will continue to recommend him to others that are in need of general home remodeling services.   Definitely consider Kevin Sarver for your next home improvement project.

We discovered a large crack in one of the main support beams in our basement shortly after we moved into the house. Kevin promptly came over, assessed the job, and explained why the advice we had received about how to fix this problem would be disastrous (we were told we should jack up the house, which Kevin explained would destroy our kitchen!). Instead, he determined that a steel plate would be a better solution -- it would fix the problem with the beam, and stop further settling in that area. We were extremely pleased with his work and with the result.

Working with Kevin Sarver and his fine crew restored my faith in the American work ethic. All of the workers were polite and extremely neat. They cleaned up each day, even if they would be working the next. The results are beautiful.
