Frank Sanpietro answered on the first phone call. He showed up the next day as promised and gave me a very fair estimate. Because of the wet weather, we had to wait for 2 dry days in a row. In the meantime, he called to keep touch and let me know when it would be happening. As soon as the weather cleared, he called the day before to say he would be there. He showed up on time, did great work and left no mess in my yard. It all went very well and I would recommend this contractor to all angies list users. Beforehand, he e-mailed me a contract to be signed on the day of the service and he was paid as soon as the work was completed. Also, upon request he had his insurance company mail me proof of insurance. I called them and he was paid to date. I appreciate the honesty and quality work of this contractor.
