Sani-Products Pest Control

It was good! I have used them several times. They showed up when they said they would, efficient, and I was satisfied.

They came to my house twice to deal with carpenter bees. Both times they left a message saying they would come, didn’t wait for me to confirm the time was OK for me, just showed up and started spraying my deck with bug poison (I have edible plants nearby). The second time, I didn’t even get a time estimate, I just suddenly heard someone shuffling around my deck one day at 9 am. It was terrifying. By the way, it took me calling them 4 times over the course of a month to get them to come a second time (I was taking advantage of a warranty they gave me). Also, so far the bees seem unconcerned about the poison.

They are very reasonable. They come out every three to four months. They call and tell me it's time to come out and they come right away.

Unable to get a return phone call to schedule inspection. I pay my Annual fee every year and every year I have to call several times to get the inspection scheduled. You get an answering service every time you call. I've even sent an email and text and still no reply. I have requested this year's annual fee refunded and no reply from the company. As a customer of 7 years, I would hope for better service. I am ready to switch to a different company. Jim does a good inspection but it is too difficult to get service. The no response from company is very unprofessional.

Sani Products was fantastic!! Our newly purchased house has moderate to severe termite damage from years of neglect. I called three different exterminators, the two other companies quoted estimates over the phone, and Sani Products were the only ones to make a house call free of charge.
They were punctual, professional and polite. They dug a moat around the soil perimeter of the house and drilled holes where there was cement ( sidewalks and driveway) The moat was then filled with pesticide and covered back up and the drilled holes were injected with pesticides. They treated the affected areas of wood in the basement as well.
The two employees worked so h****** a hot sunny day; it looked like pretty back breaking work. The job took longer then expected which implies they did a through job without cutting any corners. I would use Sani Products again but we are confident we wont have to!
Termite control was the most urgent service we needed for the house, and I am so relieved we found someone that did a through job!

The work seems to have been fine, and there are no termites (as far as we can see, of course), but their scheduling and answering service has left a lot to be desired.
Every time you call them, even in regular business hours, you receive an answering service which is fairly curt, and then you never get called back. Very frustrating trying to schedule anything. I'm not mad at the work they did with those quarterly inspections/trappings, the quality of that was fine, but if they are going to make it so very frustrating and difficult to schedule further business with them, then I will just take my business elsewhere.

The problem with this company is that they provide "warranties" for their work that must be maintained with service visits. However, you are not able to schedule the follow up visit at the time of the previous visit, and they don't notify you that the warranties are going out of duration from lack of a visit. They are very difficult to reach and schedule with. | |In summary, they do good work, but the business side is lacking and hard to deal with.

It was discouraging!!   I still had the problem after their "work".  When I think about t i get angry all over again.  This  experience was a fiasco!

Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.  Inside and outside of the house were treated and the technician took his time with the application.

We have used them through the last couple years. They are professional and prompt. They take care of the problem.

Very pleased. Jim was very thorough. Showed up at scheduled appointment time, found issues another inspector had missed. The crew that came to do the procedure were prompt as well.

I think they were alright.

I had some trouble with carpenter bees.  They were extremely pleasant, solved the problem, and they saw some old insect damage.  He had an opportunity to oversell and didn't, he just told me to keep an eye on it.  I was extremely satisfied.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future. 

They are pretty good and have effective results. They really take their time; they aren’t a quick in and out kind of company. They will look for the problem and try to get the best fix.

It went very well. I think that they were very thorough, very professional and they were honest. In terms of price, I never really had treatment for pest control before so I am not really sure how to rate it for price. I would use their services again in the future.

My experience with them has been good. Their technician is exceptional. He is conscientious and always punctual, and he inspires a lot of confidence in us. Their price is reasonable. Our neighbor uses them too. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future. I checked out two other companies last year, and after looking at them, I decided to stick with Sani-Products.

We had just gotten back from vacation and my daughter and I had been bitten. There wasn't anything that they found. It was totally not the house. He brought two other guys with him that were more specialized in bugs. They put on white tieback jumpsuits and booties. They turned over furniture and pulled cushions off. They looked with flashlights and they looked under things. If there were bugs in this house they would have found them. They were very considerate about asking if they could move things. They were great. There were three of them in my house for an hour for only $100. They put a couple of mousetraps in the attic just in case. They are going to come back in a couple of weeks and that is also included. We've been here for 15 years and I think they are the only one that we have used. We call them when we need them. We live in a wooded area and every couple of years we have to do something about mice. I was very happy to spend $100 to make sure that there were not bugs in my house. I definitely felt that I got my money's worth. I knew that if there were something they would find it based on my previous experience with them. I will absolutely continue to use them. They hadn’t been out for three years and Jim, our normal service person, noticed that we had moved our room around when he came in.

Both times the men were very nice. They did their job well and answered all of my questions to my utmost satisfaction. He found termites, rats, and roaches which stinks, but at least we know what the problems are. I will be using them to exterminate in the future

On occassion, because I don't keep records efficiently, I sometimes need to call to make sure I've made payment and when the next inspection will occur. However, the office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The inspectors have often differed throughout the years, but all have been courteous and willing to answer any questions. The initial treatment in 1994 was a few hundred dollars. Yearly inspection, including any need for an additional treatment is $80.00 per year.

He does some extra work for me without charging me anything extra. There are some bugs that I don'’t like, so, he comes out to spray just because I ask him to and I don't even know if he charges me for those visits.

They've been responsive and they do good work.
