Julie appeared to be very nice at the first meeting, but her true colors surfaced soon after we began looking for a new place to live. It is very difficult to get a hold of her and she does not seem to possess any sense of urgency. She does not want to spend anytime with the client and is truly only interested in the check she receives at the closing. In fact, during our closing she stayed just long enough to get her check and left before the proceedings were even complete. I would suggest you steer clear and find another agent, one with a proven track record. Best of luck.
