They built a brand new custom home and moved in beginning of August 2014. My house is wrought with safety issues, front door, fire rated door leading from my garage into kitchen and family room does not close, neither does my front door, fireplace is covered with a blanket because it's not sealed properly, electrical issues are alarming per my electrical inspection, numerous unfinished items. My carpets upstairs and on the stairs are ripped up completely, hardwood floor is falling apart, 42" kitchen cabinets are held by 3 screws, some 2 and some 1, the cabinets are not even drilled into a stud or drilled together, numerous missing items, HVAC AC unit too small, very poor craftsmanship, poor building practices, horrific esthetic and cosmetic issues. You don't get anywhere with mananagment or the CEO. The problems are too rampant to list.

I built my house with them and my experience with S & A Builders was not good. The builder was very unresponsive, follow up was terrible. Some of their sub-contractors, specifically L & L Flooring, were terrible. They didn't have plans, were very unorganized and were unprofessional. There also was no follow up from this company.
