This company is typical of the bad customer service we have experienced during our remodel. Poor customer service and never return phone calls.

HOWARD WAS THE KIND OF PROFESSIONAL EVERYONE LOOKS FOR. HE ANSWERED CALLS PROMPTLY THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE ALSO ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE I WAS ORDERING WHAT I WANTED. HIS PRICE WAS THE LOWEST OF THREE BIDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION FOR WINDOW INSTALLATION.
Description of Work: HOWARD ERICKSSON OF RYSON CONSTRUCTION MEASURED FOR NEW PELLA WINDOWS AND BROUGHT PELLA CONSULTANT TO CONFIRM MEASUREMENT. HE HELPED ME CHOOSE THE QUALITY OF WINDOW I WANTED AND THE DESIGN TO MATCH OTHER WINDOWS. HE ORDERED WINDOWS, REMOVED OLD WINDOWS AND INSTALLED NEW ONES. HE ALSO PAINTED INSIDE OF NEW WINDOWS TO MATCH ROOM COLOR.

MR. ERICKSON WAS PROMPT BOTH IN RETURNING MY CALLS AND ARRIVING FOR APPOINTMENTS. ONCE THE WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED, HE RETURNED WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE ALL ADJUSTED PROPERLY. I MIGHT NOTE THAT THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THESE WINDOWS (PELLA) WAS $1000 LESS THAN AN ESTIMATE WE GOT FROM A LARGE HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY TWO YEARS AGO.
Description of Work: REPLACED 6 DOUBLE HUNG WOODEN WINDOWS.

HOWARD WAS ON TIME. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION. SOME OF THE FINISHING WORK TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO COMPLETE.
Description of Work: GUTTED ENTIRE KITCHEN: INSTALLED FLOORS, CEILING, LIGHTING, APPLIANCES, CERAMIC TILE. BATHROOM: FLOORING, CABINET REFACING AND TOILET ALL REPLACED.
