RYAN'S AUTO GLASS

I was very pleased that the windshield was in stock and could be replaced right away, they offered to ride me to a friends to visit while they did the job,which only took about an hour to complete.
I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship, and the friendliness of their staff.

Driving home from work on Friday and had a stone hit my front windshield. Called Ryan's on Saturday morning. They said to come in that day to have it fixed, but I was busy. They took my information and I said I would drop it off Sunday night. I called them on Monday around 10am because I hadn't heard from them. They said it was fixed and I gave them my credit card information. They locked the keys and receipt in the car so I could pick it up after they were closed using my extra set of keys.

I called my insurance agent, and they set me up with Ryan's Auto Glass. They were able to set me up with an appointment in just a few days. Since rain was predicted, and I do not have a garage, I went to their shop, but they will come to you. I got there early, but they took me right away. In less than one hour, everything was done, and I drove away with a beautiful new window. They did a great job, were very friendly and professional, and gave me a quick, simple list of what to do (don't go to a car wash for two days, get the inspection stickers replaced, etc.) Overall, it was a great experience, and would recommend them. I do not know if the price is good. I did not have to shop around because my insurance company recommended them and I have a zero deductible on comprehensive.

My back windshield was smashed by a tree limb. I called Ryan the next morning inquiring about possible immediate service at my home. . Since the weather forcast called for continued rain, and that I had no garage, the replacement could not take place at my home .I was nervous about driving my damaged car to the service location. However, Ryan has a fine pick-up service, at no extra charge. Within an hour of my call, a company service man arrived at my house and drove my car to the Ryan service location. They replaced the windshield, cleaned out all of the broken glass, and returned the car to me within the next hour. Excellent job and wonderful service.

They're doing 24 hour service. We were looking for someone to use in the evening and they're the one available so we used their service. They did a great job and they got us in the same day and it was done the same day. They cleaned up the glass from the broken window and replace it. They did let us know that there could be a potential for some charge for the glass to kind of saw down as it would settle in and that was the case so we were not surprise when it happened but they said it could be anything regarding their work.

I called and got a quote (which was actually about $50 or so less than
the automatic quote I got on their website). I asked how installation
worked, and was offered a same-day in-shop appointment or a next-day
home appointment. When I said my SUV was getting inspected the next day,
they said they could install at the auto shop--which worked out
perfectly. I gave them my credit card info. over the phone. When I
picked up my SUV at the auto shop the next day, it was all done and my
receipt was sitting on the console. I am very pleased with the quality of the glass, workmanship and service.

My car was broken into overnight and car window was smashed. I was able to bring my car in and have it fixed and returned within 5 hours. Individuals were very accommodating to my work schedule and getting my car back. The shards of glass were all cleaned up and floor mats fully vacuumed. I originally spoke with another location but found the location I went to closer to my work. I called the first location to let them know of the change and they had the glass sent over to the second location. The cost was lower than some other companies I called and the extra service given was appreciated!

Said come in anytime. I went at lunch, and there were no close restaurants so they lent me a car to go to lunch. When I came back the jobe was done. I am extremely satisfied.

I was a walk-in at Ryan's Auto Glass on a Saturday morning. They took my car in right away. I had planned on paying for it out of pocket, but they suggested contacting my insurance company and explained that it would not affect my insurance rates. It was a $53.50 fix, but I didn't have to pay a penny. As I stated above, they said the chip/splintering would not go away completely. They were able to fix the gouge in the windshield, but part of the splintering remains. Considering I didn't pay anything for the fix, it was worth it.

It went well. I needed the service done ASAP as we were taking the car on a long trip the next day, so I was not able to schedule an appointment with the mobile service, but I did go to their Forbes Ave location (I work downtown, so this was convenient anyhow) without an appointment. They started work within 5 minutes and the entire job was done within 15 minutes. The only complaint I have (and this is probably more due more to me being naive than them being uninformative) is that they did not tell me beforehand that the ding would still be visible (though it is guaranteed not to spread or crack and it will pass inspection).

When I called, the Ryan's representative told me the windshield for my car would cost $370. She advised me to call my insurance company first to see if I had coverage. The insurance company arranged a conference call and told Ryan's to go ahead with the repair. I am glad the representative knew what to do! I only had to pay my deductible. When the man from the shop returned my car, he explained the guarantee and asked if there was anything else I needed. I have used Ryan's before and have always been pleased with their service.

We were able to get an immediate appointment. They replaced it; it didn't roll up and down properly. At first, they didn't take it seriously, then they ordered a different window and redid it later on. They came to the house and got the key under the mat while we were sleeping and drove it to the shop and returned the car to our home without disturbing us. Then the window seal whistled at higher speeds, but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. We didn't bother doing any more; it was an old car. The insurance deductible was $100 and they gave us a coupon for $15 off, so we only had to pay $85.

HE WILL COME TO YOUR HOUSE OR YOU CAN BRING IT IN. FROM THE TIME I CALLED IT ONLY TOOK THEM A HALF AN HOUR TO FIX IT. THEY ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WINDSHIELD.
