RUSMUR FLOORS

Description of Work: i ordered a particular color and design of tile as a special order . i then called back to the same salesman at RUSMUR golden mile office to order more of the same color and design. the second order was ONLY on condition that the 2nd batch of tile matched the 1st batch as it was going into a large living-dining room. (IE -- second batch must be SAME design, same color , same lot and same run number.) they processed the second order and shipped a DIFFERENT color, and a larger size tile with a different size grout joint. then RUSMUR expected my contractor --at my expense -- to transport these hundred of pounds of bad tile back to them from my job site-- an hour away in order to get a credit. RUSMUR will never get another order from me for anything. this is inexcusable incompetence for a flooring store. it has cost me and my contractor 2 weeks of delay. my advice is go somewhere else for your tile orders. i will never deal with them again.
