Roth Quality Painting

Mitch responded quickly to our request for a quote. He showed up on time to quote and returned the quote to us by the date he had promised. We discussed start dates and he showed up on the date he said he would be available. He and his crew were always extremely neat. They precleaned the siding before beginning other prep work. Two coats were applied to all surfaces. They worked steadily on this job until it was finished. All paint and prep work was well done with no drips or spatters. All windows were edged with a razor after painting.
The shutters were not part of the original quote. The shutters are plastic. Mitch found a way to clean and then primed and painted them with coatings that could be used on plastic surfaces. They look even better then new and the additional money requested was very reasonable.
We will use Roth Quality Painting on some interior work we have planned in the next couple of years.

Mitch and his crew (Floyd and Kevin) were fast, reliable, and detail oriented. They worked well with our contractor, Erik Wingard (also on Angie's List) who did all the contract negotiations with all the outside service providers to bid on our job, including Roth Quality Painting with whom he has a longstanding relationship. We were impressed by their professionalism, and willingness to work with us. It's not every day that you paint a house, and Mitch was great with helping to choose colors, and made recommendations where it counted. We didn't realize that some paints would require multiple coats of paint to achieve the finish we desired, so Mitch steered us to products that would do what we wanted, and ultimately saved us time and money on materials and labor. There was some miscommunication early on in the job with the original base paint we wanted. We thought the color we wanted was "Pebble Stone Clay" to match our window flashing, but the color was actually called "Pebble Gray." Mitch and his crew had already purchased paint in Pebble Stone Clay, and painted the rear of the house in the wrong color, and we were so grateful we caught the error before the whole house was affected. Naturally we had to cover the costs of the bad paint, but Mitch took the error in stride, and worked to paint the rear of the house over again to make sure we were pleased with the job. You could definitely tell he was concerned that we be satisfied, and he didn't miss any details. We will definitely recommend Roth Quality Painting to our friends and family! Thanks again Mitch!!!
