ROTH DISCOUNT CARPET WAREHOUSE-SOUTH

I enjoyed shopping for my new carpet at Roth Carpet (Washington Rd.) because no one was "breathing down my neck." I was free to wander around. I even brought in a large painting to try to match a color and I didn't feel anyone would cast a critical eye. When I found the right color, the salesperson was very professional in writing up the sale and explaining the procedure for measuring, ordering, and installing. When the installers came, they were enjoyable men. It was hard work, but they kept a sense of humor, and they were receptive to not taking apart an antique bed, but laying the carpet around it. They were older gentlemen and they knew what they were doing. They were very professional. I appreciated their work and am still excited about my new carpet!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH BOTH THE STORE PERSONNEL AND WITH THE INSTALLERS. THE STORE STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, AND CARRIED OUT THEIR WORK PROFESSIONALLY.
