Good job. My place looks great.

last year's cleanup resulted in the loss of numerous perennials and a broken storm door glass which was not reimbursed fully. I gave it another try this year and the work was disappointing. When I told the company I got no understanding. Would not hire again.

Rosato and Sons do the landscaping and general lawn care of our neighbors and their yard always looks great.  When we asked them, they recommended Rosato and Sons with enthusiasm.  Although it was difficult getting in touch with them at first (they do work for a number of people and really aren't desperate for work), once we did they were prompt to come and see our house, give us an estimate, and start our work.  They are great in offering suggestions but never seem to be pushing unnecessary or overly expensive work.  We have two young children, and its nice to know that we can count on Rosato and Sons to take care of this one part of our lives.

It went perfectly. They selected trees in the size we wanted and then varied the sizes to accomodate the kind of privacy we wanted. Their entire crew was knowledgeable and very professional. They worked very hard to complete the job in one week, arranging hoses so that it would be easy to water the trees and then cleaned and mulched the entire area.When they left it was clear that the work had been completed by a good landscaper.

They are reasonably priced and show up when they’re supposed to.  They are friendly and they do their work well. We recommend them to others.

Been very pleased with the work

Got estimate with options, was able to design my own program.  They appeared all year without prompting and regularly did tasks I was not expecting.  In the fall clean-up, for instance, they completely cleared the remains of our vegetable garden.  In the flower/shrub areas, they recognized and spared every desirable plant, no matter how small, and removed the weeds that had grown in among them.

We have initiated an annual contract with this group, and their price estimate was about half that given to us from another competitor. This is a family run business, and they have a history in our area. They work quite well with customers, letting us do as little or as much of our own work as we have time for. For example, we like to plant our own beds in the spring, but we need assistance with garden maintenance throughout the year. Mr. Rosato is quite knowledgeable about plants and landscaping, and is available for consultation ( e.g. selection of plantings) as needed.

They are reliable, not expensive and easy to work with. Last year they sent a letter saying that they will be sensitive to the present economic situation and they will not charge anything extra for the materials they will bring for their clients. I am very a happy with them overall.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. HOWEVER, THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY AND THEY LET ME FEEL THAT AS A SMALL CUSTOMER I WAS NOT VERY IMPORTANT TO THEM. THIS SHOWED IN UNWILLINGNESS TO RESPOND TO SPECIAL REQUESTS.
