Their prices are higher than most competitors, but their quality is also generally superior. However, their service is wholly lacking. As I type this e-mail, I still don?t know exactly when my furniture will arrive. All I know for sure is that it is coming when it was promised. The most infuriating part of the experience is that the saleswoman wouldn?t even apologize for the delay. Multiple times I got ?life happens?this actually happens to a lot of our customers?I told you that your furniture would be in the first or second week of the month, but I didn?t technically PROMISE it to you by then.? Their business strategy is a classic example of over-promising and under-delivering. If you are looking for honest and timely service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
