Very well, crew were professional and worked steady.

Work was completed in a very timely manner but most importantly, the quality of the carpet and installation was top notch. We have used Romano Floors for many of our student rentals and will absolutely continue using them for the future.

The professionals at Romano Floors were incredibly helpful. From measuring to installation. They arrived on time and worked hard to finish the project on time. We will definitely hire in the future for our next home renovation project.

VERY PROFESSIONAL/EXPERIENCED WORKERS

When we called to schedule, we were told they only measure between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Not great for those of us who work during the day, but we scheduled for a 9:00 AM appt. We told them that my husband would be waiting to leave for work, and we were told we would be the first appt. at 9:00 AM. The installer called at about 9:20 to say he was working on paperwork and wouldn't be over until he completed that (paper work for measurements he did the previous day, apparently). At 9:55 AM he called to say he would be even later because he was just pulled over for a speeding ticket. At that point we'd been waiting almost an hour and decided to throw in the towel. We will now be scheduling with someone else. Our experience with Romano was poor. They left us with the impression of a poorly run, unprofessional operation.

It was okay. It was nothing bad. They were prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. It was pretty good. They were efficient, timely and neat about their work. We buy everything through Lowe's but they don't break down the installation cost. Their price was fair. We've used them a couple of times and it has been good.

overall it went very well and I would use them again.
