They have been into business for many years.  My dad has been going there for years and years.  It is a family business that has gone down through the generations.  We dropped it off on Saturday afternoon and it was ready on Monday.  It was a quick turn around.  They give advice on how to do things.  I try to do minor plumbing repair myself and I go in there, take a part and they will help you get the right replacement then he will tell you how to do it.  A lot of people who are working there are former trades man like former plumber in their plumbing department, former painters in their painting department.  They give you excellent advice on do it yourself projects.  Their price is expensive but you are getting a quality product.

Haven't been there for a year or more. Not near my home. Wish it were. Excellent independent hardware, plus. Quality stock and knowledgeable staff.

Upscale version of the old fashioned neighborhood hardware store. More
convenient and more customer oriented than the big box stores.  Also
more expensive.

Purchased caulking gun and caulk, gun was defective.  Tried to return, the owner of Rolliers (don't know his name) refused to return item, and went on to basically tell me I was stupid in front of other customers, despite the item being visibly faulty.  I tried to stop his behavior and he just walked away from me.  He was aggressively RUDE.  I will never buy anything from that store again, which is a shame because I am not a fan of big box stores (Lowes/Home Depot).  I don't understand his hostility.  The cost of the return would have been $7.  I hope it was worth it to him, because not only will I never step foot in that store again, I have convinced all my friends to not shop there as well. One of them just spent $4500 elsewhere that he would have spent at Rolliers.  Shame on the owner, shame.

I found them in my neighborhood. I was pretty happy with everything they did for me. Their price is real high.

We've purchased many things here. You'd be surprised how much they have for being a fairly small store. They have nice parking, nice people. They carry brands you can't find elsewhere (which is why we went in the first place). If you go there, you'll probably prefer to shop there in general, even though it's a bit more expensive. Their staff has been there for years, and actually knows what they are talking about. They have a HUGE range of products. Just go check it out- worth the drive. They can cut glass and plastic in the store, mix paints, order cabinets, and much else.

This is a hardware store and a lot more. The best part is that I can get all of my questions answered by the staff there. I never get similar service at a big box home improvement store. Rolliers has so may things in one location. I love this store. The prices are not much more expensive than the big box stores, however, I save money by buying the correct product for the job.

WE DROPPED THE SCREENS OFF. THEY REPAIRED THEM WITHIN A WEEK AND CALLED US TO SAY THEY WERE READY.
