Robert Dell'Aquila Plastering - A 3rd Generation, family owned business with over 30 years of experience. We are very well known in the Pittsburgh and Tri-State area, even travelling to parts of West Virginia and Ohio. Owner of this business and I work on every job, bid the work myself, and guarantee quality craftsmanship. We offer services of : Plastering ( interior and exterior, new jobs or repairs. ), Stucco & Dryvit, Painting, Concrete Repairs, Minor Carpentry. We have references available. Interior plastering, stucco, specializing in patch repair work, matching existing finishes, hardcoat veneer plaster, conventional plaster. We offer types of finishes from smooth to all types of texture finishes. Laminating over existing plaster with sheet rock (wall board), resurfacing existing walls and ceilings. Drywall repairs, old and new work, residential and commercial. Exterior plastering, Stucco, Dryvit, Synergy EIFS, Old World Cement Stucco, also cement repairs, old and new work.

Description of Work: I had a piece of plaster that had cracked and was going to fall from above my staircase.It was very high up and hard to get to. Robert came and did a very professional job. You wouldn't even know it was ever cracked. He was very friendly and I would definitely hire him again.

Description of Work: We had a burst pipe in the ceiling of our kitchen following a very cold snap during Feb 2014 causing the drywall ceiling to collapse. We called around various contractors to get quotes, but Robert Dell'Aquila came out the most competitive. He was also very prompt to reply back to phone calls and scheduled us in quickly. He even replaced parts of the damaged insulation free of charge. We highly recommend his services.

Great job!
Description of Work: The owner is fantastic! He was timely and cost effective. Our dinning room ceiling sustained water damage due to a 2nd look bathroom. We had previously used another contractor who did a very poor plastering job. Mr. Dellaquila came in and re-plastered the ceiling and removed all of he rough edges. We are extremely pleased with the results. Job well done. I would recommend this group to anyone. They were pleasant and very professional.

Great job
Description of Work: I hired Bob and his crew to replaster my bathroom. On the scheduled, Bob and Tony arrived at the agreed upon time and wasted no time in getting to the job. He and Tony worked completed the work in excellent time. Once the job was expertly completed, Bob and Tony did a great clean-up of the room in which they worked. I would certainly have them do work in my home again. I actually am having Tony complete the work in my bathroom. He will be installing new flooring, vanity and toilet.

Description of Work: I hired Bob and his crew to repair a water damaged ceiling in my livingroom. On the scheduled, Bob and Tony arrived at the agreed upon time and wasted no time in getting to the job. He and Tony worked with purpose and completed the work in excellent time. While working they took care to cover my floors and furnishings. Once the ceilings were expertly repaired, Bob and Tony did a great clean-up of the two rooms in which they worked. I would certainly have them do work in my home again.

Everything went great !
Description of Work: Called Robert told him about the problems I am having with some cracks in my walls that I had fixed 3 times before, he came out when he said he would on time, took his time and did the job the way it should have been done the first time. My walls look great !! bob and his guys really know what they are doing, if you are looking for good Plasters they are the guys you want. Neat, clean, and fairly priced !They will be doing more work for me soon.

I'm baffled as to why this customer would say that I'm playing games. I'm 51 yrs. old and have been in the plastering business all my life, since I was a teen working under my dad then creating my own plastering business in 1990. I've been nothing but professional thruout my career. I stopped by to give an estimate after a long day at work. I looked at her bathroom job, she had wanted me to go over someone else's work which was incomplete, making it more difficult to do the job properly. After thinking that evening about this job, I had called the next day to reduce the price, out of consideration and fairness, as I realized I could do this job at a lower cost. Thus trying to help the customer out because they already had some of the work done, obviously had incurred some cost up to this point. Again, it was out of consideration to the customer and I am totally shocked at the statement that I was playing games. I strive to be compliant, professional, and fair with my customers. This is my livelyhood, my trade, and I always am willing to work with people and take into consideration their circumstances. I'm very upset with this post.
