Roofing, Gutter Repair and Replacement
Rippy Con tracting (James Rippy) took my 50% downpayment and did not complete (in my opinion) even 30% of the repairs to the roof .
Rippy Contracting left without finishing much of the contracted repairs and left a real mess of our roof, gutters, flashing, etc. He then called and gave me the name of someone else "who will work on the roof for you" Based on the Professional Roofing inspection and opinion we had done, the partial repairs completed by Rippy Contracting are not up to code and will likely not pass an Insurance Company inspection. We will now need to pay another Roofer to remove and replace the poor partial repairs, complete the unfinished repairs,and take action to have our down payment returned. Workers were very unprofessional, used foul language and even deficated on the 3rd floor. Photos are available if needed as we will now need to take action to have our monies returned. What a mess.
All that said in my opinion, I would not recommend this Contractor to anyone in the future..
