Signed the contract, paid my money and was given a start date. That turned into 5 different start dates. After continuous phone calls, he finally sent some one over to dig holes. He did dig a few, threw the dirt on my newly planted lawn and left. He doesn't take calls and rarely returns them. When he does, he just gives a bunch of unreasonable excuses. It's obvious that weather plays a role in this sort of work, but we have had plenty of nice days since I paid my money. My installation date was to be April 19th and I still have no fence, just a torn up yard. I want my money back but I can't reach him - Mr. Sees is well aware of what I want.
