Unbelievable Service: I called Joe after breaking a main line before the the main shut off valve. Joe came out within the hour on a friday night to come and take a look at the problem. He said at first he needed the water shutoff to fix it, but then he thought of a way to fix it with the water pouring out. He did a temporary fix to get me water through the night and save my basement from an abundance of water leaking in my basement. He came back saturday morning with all of the parts to do the repair with the water still running. This was a main line- water spewing into my basement with no hopes of the water company shutting it off anytime soon. He is a certified master plumber with over 25 years experience. This was probably the toughest plumbing job that I could imagine and Joe took care of it with ease and optimism. I have already referred him out to 5 other people and I will continue to do business with him in the future. The temperatures were -10 degrees outside and at the same time my furnace died in my house. My pipes froze in the meantime- he de-thawed the pipes for me and was making sure that they did not burst before he went to his next job. He also referred me to an HVAC guy who came out within 2-3 hours of me calling him and fixed my furnace for a reasonable price. Absolute life saver- thanks
Description of Work: Joe Saved the day. Fixed the main supply line that was broke before the shutoff valve (meaning the water could not be shut off). I called the city of pittsburgh to shut off the water, and the main shutoff was buried under concrete outside. It has been 2 days and they have not called me back yet to shut the water off.
