RED'S LAWN CARE & CONSTRUCTION

The contract was signed money was paid and the day after the check was cleared Red contacted me to change the terms of the contract. When I expressed to him that they were not what we agreed upon he became very rude and unprofessional. I told him I wanted my money back since he broke the contract. He continued to be rude and stated that he did not have to do so, I reminded him of the contract he signed and the terms that he put in the contract and that he was unable to hold up his end. Still waiting for my money back.

Price was fair. Work was pro

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of working with this company. From the free estimate, to adjustments needed to the estimate and problems that popped up, they were willing to work with me and my budget. The whole job was completed within a timely manner. I was kept updated on any issues when I was not on site. They had helpful suggestions on additional items. One such item was an additional Flower box to accent the Walls. It turned out wonderful. I am extremely happy every time I drive up to my home. I did learn a lesson. I did not get the cost of the Flower box and work in writing before hand. They installed the Flower Box without my authorization. I was upset. I was able to have a discussion and was able to work with the owners on a very fair price. Overall I am extremely satisfied and proud of the work done.

Access was difficult and they could not use a Bobcat. Red sent six workers and they built the wall in two days and landscaped on the third. They exceed my expectations and provided more than what they had bid but did not charge extra. The workers were punctual and polite.
