Joe did very good work. He removed about 4x4 foot area of floor around a toilet that was damaged and replaced/built up the sub floor. To do this, he removed and re-installed the toilet. Then, he put down laun throughout the entire area and installed the vinyl flooring. It looks great! I provided the vinyl flooring, and he provided everything else. He would have picked up the flooring as well, but I already had it.
