+ -1 moreSIX MONTHS AGO I BOUGHT TWO SETS OF CELL PHONES (ON A VERIZON CALL PLAN) FROM THIS RADIO SHACK STORE. AT THAT TIME THE SALESPERSON WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND VERY HELPFUL. MORE THAN A MONTH AGO I RETURNED ONE OF THE PHONES BECAUSE IT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. I WAS TOLD THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT TEN BUSINESS DAYS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT BACK. MY CALLS TO THE STORE ARE BEING BRUSHED OFF BY SALESPEOPLE TELLING ME TO INQUIRE DIRECTLY FROM VERIZON. THEY ARE MAKING NO EFFORT TO HELP IN ANY WAY, NOR GIVING ADVICE ON HOW TO RESPOND TO THE FACT THAT I CONTINUE TO BE BILLED FOR SERVICE ON THE PHONE SET WHICH I DON'T HAVE!
