It went great. I called several plumbers and Ray was the only to respond the same day, while several called back the next day or later. He came over and we discussed what I wanted done - he gave me his price and explained what he was going to do. He said he can start when ever I was ready. When the work started he was clean and professional - he saw I put new flooring in so he wore booties like they have at hospitals. Looked funny to me, but kept the floors clean! He showed up when he said he would, was polite and did exactly what we agreed to. He was reliable and reasonable - there might be a cheaper plumber out there, but not sure I would get what wanted.
