Description of Work: The ancient faucet in our laundry tub dripped and was a mess. We figured the faucet needed to be replaced, but with the old copper pipes leading in, it wasn't a simple matter. We needed an expert.

Description of Work: I have relied on the quality work provided by Chuck Cook on several occasions. The latest job was the removal and installation of a hot water heater. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work provided by Chuck as well as his speedy response to my call. Despite the fact that my hot water tank was old and large (75 gallons) he took care of it a timely manner and before I knew it we had hot water again. It has been my consistent experience with Chuck that calls are returned promptly even on holidays. Chuck is experienced and explains his work. his pricing is more than fair and as an aside he is very personable. I have recommended Chuck to several of my friends and they have all been pleased with his strong work ethic, plumbing skills and his speedy response to calls. I cannot recommend him strongly enough, he is one of the best in the business. Chuck is certainly an honest, professional and reliable plumber!!!

Description of Work: Changed out kitchen faucet

Description of Work: Sold us and Installed a 50 gallon hot water tank with now required expansion tank, and a needed new water pressure regulator. He first came to our home to make certain the tank would fit and see what would be involved with the job. He gave us an estimate, which was the final cost. He was professional, punctual and we are definitely satisfied.

Description of Work: Chuck replaced old spigots and piping in the laundry room.

Description of Work: Chuck replaced the old galvanized iron pipes in our house. Fortunately they were all exposed pipes. Once they were replaced the water pressure was double what it should be so he installed a water pressure regulator.

Description of Work: This is the first time that I have used Cook Plumbing. Chuck arrived promptly on time. He fixed a leak under my sink and then he diagnosed and fixed a long-standing problem that other plumbers were unable to resolve. I will definitely call them again for plumbing repairs.

Description of Work: After detecting a faint odor of gas, I called a plumber to check for leaks in the main pipe or elsewhere. Chuck checked the pipe and the area where the key controls the flow of gas. No leaks were found,but a valve in the area under the key needed to be tightened. I expressed many concerns about the safety aspects of using the gas fireplace,and Chuck took the time to be sure I understood the correct and safe procedures to use. As a result, I am much more comfortable using my fireplace, and I appreciate his taking the time to help me. He was prompt, helpful and returned my initial call within minutes. I will definitely call him again if ever I need the services of a plumber. Diane Gault

Description of Work: I had water dripping from under the sink of the bathroom floor into the kitchen. Cook came in right away, found out what was wrong, and fixed it. He has come here 3-4 times.
