Chuck Cook was terrific. He responded immediately, was totally professional, and advised us. He cut the pipes, replaced the faucet, and we had him replace the hoses to the washer with updated hoses too. We had been worried about the cost, but the price was great. I can't think of anything Mr. Cook could have done better. We will use him again and highly recommend him.

I have used Chuck three times. I have been satisfied every time. He does excellent and he is very prompt, he gets to me immediately. He is personable, he knows his stuff, and he guarantees it.

My most recent problem was a water mark on the ceiling below my bathroom. Mr. Cook arrived the following day as promised and immediately determined the problem and had all the necessary supplies to repair it. The fixtures in the shower were not sealed so water was leaking below them. The repair work solved the problem and no leakage since. He was also very helpful explaining what I should buy to repair the ceiling and how I could do it on my own (which I did!). Everthing was left neat and clean when he was finished. Excellent service from start to finish!

I had an emergency situation with water dripping in my bathroom, and Cook responded quickly when I called him. He is very good and very reliable. His price was reasonable. The quality of his work was good.
