Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star here. This company was contracted to do the HVAC system in a house I flipped and things were not done properly. Initially, a few things needed to be fixed and they did come back out. But now, another HVAC company took a look and the furnace was installed backwards. I opted not to have this company fix it since when i called about the other issues initially it was a back and forth over it. All I asked was to be reimbursed because not only was the furnace installed incorrectly but it ruined the entire wall since water was dripping from the furnace and caused a big mess. Who would want someone to come back after their were initial issues and the fact that the system was installed in reverse and had to be taken apart and put back properly! I have the video of it and the receipts so.... The owner is refusing to just reimburse and own the mistake. I am now stuck with have an entire wall being redone in addition to the furnace having to be fixed. The owner's attitude is not very nice or professional at all. It's sad that things can't be worked out without an attitude. He also had the nerve to say anyone can't take videos of a furnace, as if it were made up!! Who says something like this to a paying customer!! Disgusted!!! Run from this company! There were other issues as well. And I don't like saying bad things about any company but this was really bad in addition to the other issues that happened. Very poor customer service. It's one thing to be nice when things are going well. It's another thing if a customer calls and how one acts when things go awry. The attitude and demeanor is terrible. Never, ever again!

Service was great. Guys where nice and friendly and knowledgable. They were able to get me in relatively quickly to replace some broken air ducts and also re-route them so I had more headroom in my bedroom and bathroom. Would recommend again.

From the owner to his employees, can’t say more about how detail oriented and committed they all were to addressing our job. The turnaround time for the initial quote was quick, and the job was completed in a couple of days. I would definitely refer them to family and friends!

Robert is very professional, prompt and reliable. His company has serviced 200 of our rental units for a reasonable price. They have repaired and replaced many furnaces and boiler systems for us. Excellent service. Rob came to my home when I called him about the noise my furnace was making. He arrived at the time that he told me he would be there, and starting diagnosing right away. After hearing the noise and testing, he determined the blower motor needed replaced. He replaced the motor and quickly had my furnace running properly again. Rob was very professional and made a bad situation not as bad.

I called them a couple of times for furnace problems at a rental property. Both times, Ed got to it on the same day and fixed the problems in a timely manner. They do a good job for a fair price.
