Do not engage this firm to do treatment for you. They lie and they take no responsibility for what they do, or fail to do. Visit 1 they give me the price to treat for termites. Visit 2 they come and treat, only part of the exterior and one wall inside. All literature on the product and treatment reads that drilling and spraying is 12 inches apart. My property was drilled at 21-36 inches apart. and only half of the perimeter was done. The interior wall they drilled was dotted with a black oil that could not clean off, only smeared! (And they said they did not do it! ) Visit 3 someone comes and inspects the work and tells me that he was not "authorized " to do any work inside (which I paid for and I wanted the drilling to be 12' apart). They denied responsibility for the oil on my inside wall from drilling. The Rep said they they should come back and treat the entire perimeter or the termites will just relocate. Visit 4 they come back treat outside (nothing inside where the termites are). They fail to treat the shed and one exterior wall , this is where the infestation is!!! The office tells me "what do you want us to do and lead me to believe they will come back to treat that wall AND drill the holes inside at 12 inches ( plus bring a cork for a hole they failed to cork after drilling). I told them I would pay them to do the shed !!! Instead of them coming to treat they .... Visit # 5 disavow everything I was told by the office AND do not even Bring a cork to fill the hole they drilled. These people are terrible. Do not use them.

I was purchasing a home that had carpenter ants in the back retaining wall.  The seller of the home agreed to have it treated, which should have been completed in July 2015 by Quality Pest Services.  At the beginning of August at the final walk through on the closing day for buying the home, I found the carpenter ant problem had gotten worse!  

The seller of the home told me that Quality Pest had provided a 3 month warranty.  So I called Quality Pest, and they stated they had already had sent one of their techs out here to treat the retaining wall weeks before, and the person in the office was shocked that the ants were so bad after a treatment.  However it still took them 4 days to get another technician back out there, which was disappointing.  

The 2nd technician arrived 4 hours early, and I was not there.  He called me stating he was already there, so I dropped what I was doing and drove over there arriving 20 minutes later.  The tech began by giving me a hard time for how long it took me to get there, when he was 4 hours early on a weekday.  Once the tech looked at the retaining wall overflowing with ants, he couldn't believe that it was ever treated.  SO DON'T TRUST QUALITY PEST TO TREAT YOUR HOME WHEN YOU AREN'T THERE, because they have some techs who will say they sprayed but do not actually do anything.  

The 2nd technician was extremely argumentative about everything.  I asked him to spray the entire retaining wall, and he refused.  I asked him to help search for the nest, and he refused.  I asked him if he thought ants were throughout the whole wall, and he agreed that the ants were almost certainly throughout the entire wall.  Still he refused to spray the whole wall.  The ant problem did get better, but I was still seeing carpenter ants EVERYDAY even after two treatments.  Quality Pest REFUSED to send a tech again until I waited another 30 day, even though I was seeing carpenter ants on a daily basis.  

So finally after 30 days they send out a new tech for a 3rd return trip.  The 3rd tech was very personable and he sprayed everything that I requested.  He thought the 2nd tech didn't do his job correctly because the 2nd tech refused to spray the whole wall.  However, the 3rd tech did not use any bait nor did he use anything else but spraying.  

So I had to hire a different company.  After speaking with other pest technicians, I learned that Quality didn't use all the treatments that they should have, which is part of the reason why the carpenter ant problem persisted so long.  That and the first tech didn't actually do anything apparently.  Quality's office didn't do anything to try to make me happy except to tell me I shouldn't be seeing ants, when I was seeing them!

The service was fine. They were recommended by the real estate agent. I would say they are fine.

Ants invaded my house earlier in the week. I called at 8:30am and received a prompt call back from the provider. They had a cancellation and I was able to book a same day appointment. The technician was on-time and performed the ant treatment service. He paid special attention to the areas where the ants were and avoided the areas that might cause a problem for my dog.

They did the pest inspection at our new house si I called them to treat our current home prior to placing it on the market. Very pleases with their promptness and professionalism. Will use them to treat new home quarterly.

We had them come out a couple days ago to treat for ants. They came out today to retreat. They were professional and courteous.

Jesse was friendly and did a very good inspection throughout the inside and outside of my house. I would recommend Quality to all my friends or anyone to use them.

On 10/20/11 our home was inspected, as required by the contract. No termites were found. I informed the technician that were were having the deck installed and that I'd seen termites in the garden (approx 70 feet from the house). On 11/1/11 Quality Pest Services retreated our home as a precaution at no cost.

It went exceptionally. They have very reasonable pricing, and have professional inspectors. They have unmarked cars upon request if needed. They are also very thorough.

Jason was the technician doing the work. His company called the day before to let me know he would be an hour late. That is much appreciated when a company lets you know schedule changes. He set right to work and continued til finished. He showed me what and where, also appreciated. I would hire the company again.

He was professional and spent a lot of time spraying etc as we had yet to move in so he didn't have to worry about pets/children etc. The cost was good for the services rendered and we have not seen any bugs/mice since that day. We hired Quality Pest to provide services to our home on a quarterly basis as we were so pleased.

Well so far, plus the company offers a 3 month guarantee which I know they honor. Four years ago when I purchased my home, the inspection showed carpenter ants and the company did the pest inspection and returned to do the exterminating. I had some carpenter ants within a few months and the company returned and resprayed without charge.

I have been using them for three and a half years now and I like them a lot. They are very responsive and come right away if there is any problem. They are very pleasant and accommodating and work with your schedule. They will come at 7 O' clock in the morning if you need them before you go to work and that is helpful. I had checked different companies and their prices were moderate. They do a good job for the price they charge.

They found a few areas of possible termite infestation and recommended treatment. They were punctual and very friendly.

BRIAN DID AN OVERALL PEST INSPECTION FOR US, AND ADVISED ON THE TREATMENT OF A VERY HEAVY MOUSE INFESTATION THAT WE INHERITED FROM (AND THAT HAD BEEN CONCEALED BY) THE SELLER OF OUR NEW HOUSE. QUALITY PEST THEN SCHEDULED TREATMENT AND SEEMS TO HAVE EFFECTIVELY TREATED THE PROBLEM IN ONE VISIT. IN ADDITION, THEY RESPECTED OUR WISHES ABOUT NOT USING CERTAIN EXTERMINATION METHODS THAT WE FELT WERE LESS HUMANE, AND WERE VERY RESPECTFUL IN DOING SO. WE HAVE CONTRACTED WITH THEM FOR QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE BECAUSE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.
