They left some spots uncovered. Some parts of the wood look dull and others look shiny. The mortar they used for the pointing was blood red and didn't match the existing mortar. I was not satisfied with their work and they wouldn't come back to fix the problems.

Overall this experience was one of the worst I have had. The workers used rollers and paint brushed to paint our outside deck instead of the professional sprayer upon which we agreed for them to use. As a result, the work was very sloppy and there are very obvious paint drips and uneven stains everywhere. I would NEVER use this company again. We have asked them many times to correct the problem and the owner of the company has ignored our request and has never made good on his promise to satisfy our original agreement of quality work.
