They ended up turning the water on and there was a raised basin to catch water. They broke it and in turn it flooded my downstairs. There is a retail store below and it flooded all the tiles and all the displays. It flooded into one of the security cameras and ruined that. They refusing to pay for the damages because they said it was not their fault.

Provider called and talked about problem, which was a non functioning HDMI port. This was covered under the warranty. They told me that a part had to be ordered and they would call on the phone when it arrived to schedule repair. When they did not call, I called them and they were apologetic, saying that the part had arrived. They scheduled an appointment and came at the proper time and fixed the TV.

My Samsung dryer was running but not generating any heat. One load of laundry ran for 3 1/2 hours and came out just as wet as it had gone in. My husband and I suspected the heating coil and my husband began disassembling the dryer to investigate our suspicions. He was unable to complete the job after 3 hours of trying on a Sunday morning and we decided to investigate companies on Angie's List before proceeding with calls on Monday.
I located a service company with excellent reviews and left a message with them Sunday night, and I also had a back up company in mind. I attempted to call our first choice company in the morning again to no avail so I called the backup company and left a message. The guy that answered was unprofessional, didn't listen to anything more than my very brief description and said he would call back later in the day with a time frame for me for Tuesday. Shortly after I got off the phone with that company the first one returned my call. He told me that he did not service Samsung products because getting parts in Pittsburgh is very difficult. He asked the manager at one of his parts warehouses for a company to refer clients with Samsung products to and therefore provided me with the name and number for Pro TV and Audio. He told me they were amongst the only companies locally that maintained a stock of Samsung parts and would be able to service my dryer.
I immediately hung up and called Pro TV and Audio. A very professional and friendly man named Mark answered the phone and listened to a thorough explanation of our problem while asking a few questions to clarify what the actual issue with the dryer could be. He then placed me on hold briefly and returned to tell me the price range for a repair for that issue. (It is of note that his price range went to 190 and my actual charges were 195 plus tax, but thats a minor difference and one I was comfortable paying after a week with no dryer.) He let me know the full name of the technician he would be sending to my house, a narrow time frame (1 1/2 hours) in which to expect him, and what his qualifications are. We also discussed the fact that they had recently taken over the local service area warranty work for Samsung from another company and remained professional in discussing my own negative experiences with the previous company.
The next day my service technician arrived with about 20 minutes to spare in his window. He took off his shoes before walking on the carpet, listened to my problem, and hid his near certain dismay at the fact that my dryer had a few parts disassembled from my husband's attempt to fix the issue (I handed him a part and a small pile of screws. That can never be a good thing.). He quickly put those parts back on, discussed why my husband had such issue reaching the part he needed (you have to go in through the front not the back.), and set to work disassembling it. He quickly had it apart, and diagnosed the heating coil as the problem. He stopped at this point to call his office for an exact price, verify that I was comfortable proceeding, and very quickly had the part replaced and the dryer reassembled. He then finished cleaning up after my husband's disassemble (putting the vent back on, plugging it in), tested it, and pushed it back into place. He collected my payment, asked if I had any questions, answered them quite thoroughly (and in a way said previous warranty work company had failed to explain despite 3 separate trips to my house to fix the issue!), and was on his way encouraging me to call with any questions. He was very friendly, had a sense of humor, and most of all was efficient, clean, and respectful.
Overall I highly recommend this company based on my telephone conversation with Mark and my service appointment with Bryan. I will absolutely call them with any future appliance repair needs, and will pass the message onto my friends.
